DEPARTMENT OF ART UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS EXHIBITION
March 20th – April 5th 2024
Each year, the Undergraduate Art Scholarships Exhibition features work by selected undergraduate scholarship recipients in the Department of Art. This show is on display in the corridor space at Hopkins Hall on Ohio State campus.
TRAVERSING TEXTILES
February 10 – March 30th 2024
Contemporary fiber and textile artists are increasingly using their skills and media in innovative ways to produce work with an artistic focus, often with messages spanning social commentary, political, or environmental concerns. Both utilitarian and artistic uses of fiber and textiles are represented by the work of numerous artists and craftspeople, utilizing a variety of techniques including weaving, felting, tatting, stitching, quilting, and basketry. Exhibit curated by Char Norman.
